About me

I’m a BACP‑accredited integrative counsellor working with adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and make sense of the patterns shaping their lives. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. My role is to offer a steady, thoughtful space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and begin to create meaningful change.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years working in the corporate sector. Over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the emotional and relational aspects of people’s lives — the parts that don’t always get spoken about but shape so much of how we feel. This led me to retrain in counselling, completing my clinical placements in community services supporting a wide range of clients.

My approach is collaborative and grounded. I pay close attention to what you’re experiencing in the moment, as well as the wider context of your life. I integrate different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you, whether that’s exploring long‑standing patterns, making sense of a current difficulty, or finding ways to feel more regulated and connected.

I work with issues such as anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, loss, stress, and life transitions. I also support clients who are exploring identity, boundaries, and self‑worth — areas where therapy can offer clarity and a renewed sense of agency.
