About me
Originally from the United States, my journey brought me to London where I pursued my undergraduate studies at London Metropolitan University. After several years in the corporate sector, I realised that my true calling lay elsewhere. In 2014, I embarked on a new path by retraining as a therapist through the BACP-accredited CPPD in North London, earning my postgraduate diploma in humanistic integrative counselling.
My early professional steps included a formative traineeship at the Sangam Foundation, where I gained invaluable experience supporting people from all walks of life. I later furthered my practice at the CPPD Counselling Facility, refining my skills and deepening my commitment to psychological wellbeing.
In 2018, I founded my private practice—a decision that has since proven to be the most gratifying of my career. I am dedicated to helping all my clients navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and bereavement with a personalised and compassionate approach that truly values their individual journey.
